Saturday 21 February 2009 - Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is a simple (tapping) process developed by Gary Craig. It accesses negative emotions or limiting beliefs we hold, and which show up in our lives as recurring relationship problems, blocked creativity or physical pain / diseases / allergies / fears and phobias i.e. public speaking / heights / dogs etc.

Level I, is a one day approved course giving you a chance to learn this amazing technique. This course includes plenty of practice, enabling you to confidently use EFT as a tool for yourself, family and friends to resolve negative emotions such as anxiety, guilt, anger, phobias, cravings, and depression, as well as many physical symptoms.

This one day course is for those wishing to perfect their technique or, for those interested in learning the basics of Emotional Freedom Technique, or for those wanting to take the first step towards becoming an EFT Practitioner.
