I started my career in Energy Psychology in 2003 when I undertook life coaching sessions with Rory O’Connor in May / June. My intention was to direct my current Accounts software and training business to specific industries. During our time together Rory introduced me to Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) to help clear issues preventing me from attaining my goals. I was impressed with the technique and enquired if there were any courses on this practice. I attended a Tapas Acupressure Technique training course in July 2003 and loved the experience.
My next course was with Win Wenger, a Project Renaissance course “The Beyond-Einstein Training Course” in August 2003. Win Wenger is the Inventor of Image Streaming and how you can Boost Your Creative Thinking Ability. After this course it was clear to me that I no longer wished to stay in the work I was currently involved with. After the course, I cancelled the advertising and company profile I was currently working on, and left behind the staff and business I had built up from 1994, to pursue alternative therapies.
Guided Self Healing with Clinical Psychologist Andy Hahn from Boston, was my next course which commenced in November / December 2003, which taught me all aspects of being with a client for their healing, and or growth. This course introduced me to many therapies, some of which are listed below, and included, Kinesiology, Time Line, past life balancing, Sound Therapy, I Feel / I Am, Chakra Healing, Cutting Cords, Shadow and Dream Work etc.
I quickly followed these courses with Reiki, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT - Tapping), EmoTrance and Energy Cone Technique.
I continue to attend advanced training and update courses for all the therapies I practice, and with ACEP (Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology) and I am currently undergoing their Therapists training programme.
